ORDERS
When placing an order, the buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted the general sales conditions.
Management must approve any special conditions granted to the buyer by a company representative.

PRICES
The prices indicated are unit prices.
Transportation and insurance costs are at the buyer’s expense.
The company reserves the right to modify the applicable prices at any time.

DELIVERY
Delivery times indicated on the order form are approximate.

PAYMENT
Our invoices are payable at 30 days from the billing date.
If an invoice remains unpaid after a formal notice, legal procedures may be engaged with administrative and legal costs being legally applicable interest at the buyer’s expense.

WARRANTY
Our merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment.
Damage caused by incorrect use or accidental deterioration is not covered by this guarantee.
This warranty is granted exclusively to resellers of our product.
Any exchanges under the terms of this warranty are subject to return of the defective piece within 30 days, if not, it will be invoiced.

RETURN/EXCHANGE
Exchanges can only be accepted for REPLACEMENT PRODUCT ONLY, not for cash or other credit.
No merchandise may be returned or exchanged without prior authorization by a sales representative or authorized agent of the company.

CLAIMS
All claims of shortages, mis-ships, etc. must be made within 10 days of invoice date.

USE OF THE BRAND
Any advertising that makes use of the brand, logo, or other exclusive documents must be submitted for prior authorization from the company.

RETROCESSION
The buyer agrees to sell merchandise only to their private clientele.
Any resale to wholesalers, retailers, or transfer to another point of sale is strictly forbidden.
